Summary of the Role:
As the Project Integration Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial and financial performance across our portfolio of renewable energy projects. You will work closely with the development team to assess project feasibility, will structure deals with external stakeholders, negotiate contracts and support the project delivery team in achieving financial targets.
Responsibilities:
- Management of projects including management of internal and external stakeholders from project origination until commercial operation or sale;
- Working closely with the Development and Execution team, assess project feasibility, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies;
- Develop business case including detailed financial analysis to progress new opportunities and ensure appropriate commercial frameworks are in place;
- Manage key transactions for multiple projects such as project sale or strategic partnerships with local companies;
- Manage contract negotiation and execution across multiple projects;
- Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for growth;
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, customers, and government agencies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field;
- 5+ years of experience in commercial management, business development or related field;
- Experience in the renewable energy industry;
- Financial modelling, market and risk analysis skills and experience;
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment;
- Willingness to travel within the country;
- High degree of self-responsibility, entrepreneurial spirit and flexibility; and
- Languages: English, Tagalog.
